Ingredients
- 6 slices uncooked bacon
- 4 large eggs separated into whites and yolks
- 3 tablespoons coconut flour
- 1 ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- Salt and pepper
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk
- ½ cup shredded Swiss cheese
- ¼ cup sour cream
Instructions
- Cook the bacon in a skillet until crisp then coarsely chop into a
